Job Summary
The Prevention Educator is primarily responsible for the implementation of prevention programs to pilot areas which includes training, direct teaching monitoring and documentation of reports related to Personal Safety
Position Description
• Direct teaching of Personal Safety lessons to schools (elementary and high school) and communities as needed;
• Develops and improve curricula for Personal Safety lessons
• Do/Conduct advocacy in any form
• Conducts training for prevention of Sexual Abuse
• Develops Monitoring & Evaluation tools
• Monitors Multi Disciplinary Team in selected pilot areas
• Liaise and do public relations with partners/networks
Minimum Requirement
• BS/AB Graduate preferably in Social Work
• Articulate both in oral and written communication
• With Research background
• Strong social development background
• People oriented, has ability to establish good relationship with partners and other organizations

The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for providing general assistance in office management and other administrative functions.

Minimum Competency Requirements
In order to perform duties and responsibilities of the position, the incumbent must possess the following minimum competency requirements:
• Must have a high school diploma or general education or equivalent of one month to 3 months related experience/training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to recognize and articulate basic children’s rights and issues and relate their connection with the mandate of the organization and with other initiatives for the promotion of children’s rights.
• Ability to conduct the necessary research and submit data for the general use of the organization and the ability to conduct on-line and off-line research
• Ability to adapt basic technologies in the job to perform tasks required and the ability to identify individuals/groups who can provide necessary services to perform certain tasks required by the job
• Ability to explain the full range of her work and that of her program unit and how it relates to the overall thrust of the organization; ability to articulate on key advocacy areas of ARCS-SEA in regional settings

• Ability to recognize and articulate basic children’s rights and issues and relate their connection with the mandate of the organization and with other initiatives for the promotion of children’s rights.
• Awareness of the funding status of the organization and prepare a budget for the entire organization based on parameters set and established by the Executive Director and the Board of Directors.
• Ability to create and develop financial tool and technology for use of the entire organization to enable it to achieve its financial strategies aligned with its vision and mission.
• Ability to explain the full range of the organization’s work, the history and overall thrust of the organization; ability to analyze and articulate on child rights issues and take a position on these issues and on key issues outside of the organization’s key advocacy areas in behalf of the organization.
