Report on the Detention of Children and Lapses in the Implementation of the Comprehensive Juvenile Justice This report seeks to highlight the abuse of human rights in the juvenile justice system in the Philippines. It has been compiled by the staff of PREDA on the basis of their experience in dealing with children in conflict with the law, visits to prisons and detention centres, and interviews with children currently living in the PREDA centre who have been “through the system”.
