Research & Information

Welcome to the Research and Information on Child Protection Database!

The information covered by this database consists of a variety of studies, reports, and papers produced by academics, non-government organizations and government agencies. Many are "grey documents" collected from conferences and workshops or sent to us by child-focused institutions. According to our knowledge, this is probably the most comprehensive and systematic listing of information on child protection in the Philippines. It uses the standard formats for the recording and exchange of bibliographic information developed by the Human Rights Information and Documentation Systems, International (HURIDOCS), www.huridocs.org.

This database is maintained by the Psychosocial Support and Children's rights Resource Center (PSTCRRC). You may contact us if you want to obtain information and other documents in this database. Or you may e-mail pstcrrc@gmail.com, attn: PST CRRC Library. You should be prepared to pay for photocopying, post or fax expenses wherever necessary. But we encourage you to contact the authors, institutions, or publishers themselves. You may find their contact information in the on-line children's resource guide.

We encourage our users to enrich this database by sending us their research and information on child protection, or by referring us to relevant institutions and individuals. Any other queries, suggestions and comments are welcome.
