Trafficking in Metro Cebu, c2005 This paper is a brief description of commercial sex trafficking in Metro Cebu. It focuses on the efforts of both government and non-government institution in the Province of Cebu to curb the flourishing sex trade. It enumerates the problems encountered in enforcing R. A. 9208 or the Anti-Trafficking in Persons and providing for the needs of the victims before and after rescue and, if possible, during subsequent legal actions against their traffickers.
