This guidebook aims to help birth registration agents in facilitating the registration of all Filipino children. It also discussed the importance and benefits of being registered at birth. It is a document that upholds a child's right to a name and nationality as stated in Article 7 of the UN Convention of the Rights of the Child (UN CRC).
