Hope and Help for Philippine Children in Conflict with the Law, 2005
The article is about the accounts of the everyday experiences of the author as a PREDA volunteer in dealing with children in conflict with the law. Inhumane conditions of child prisoners are described, such as dirty cells, lack of food and medical care, no access to running water and latrine, torture and abuse of policemen and adult prisoners, and limited judicial support. Procedures done to help children in conflict with the law are given.
