This manual provides a practical guide to equip private individuals and organizations to intervene on behalf of children in conflict with the law (CICL). It also aims to help each person to facilitate the release of CICL from detention and work towards their subsequent rehabilitation. The focus of this manual is to equip the reader with the knowledge, practical guidance and paralegal skills needed to secure the release of children who are unlawfully detained and to place them with an appropriate person/institution after their release.
